1. General provisions

  1. The store sells online sandblasting accessories, including: nozzles, hoses, guns, containers, filters, abrasives, and other related tools and machines.

  2. Orders may be placed by individuals who are of legal age and fully capable of performing legal acts.

  3. These Terms and Conditions specify the rules for using the store, placing orders, payments, delivery, complaints, and returns.

  4. The store reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions. Changes come into effect upon publishing the new version on the website.

2. Placing and processing orders

  1. Orders can be placed:

    • via the order form on the website,

    • by phone,

    • by e-mail.

  2. After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirmation with information about the acceptance of the order for processing.

  3. The store processes orders:

    • for products in stock – immediately,

    • for custom orders – after confirming the processing time.

  4. If the ordered product is unavailable, the Customer will be informed and may choose:

    • partial fulfillment of the order,

    • cancellation of the order.

  5. Promotional and clearance items are processed in the order in which the orders were placed.

3. Prices and payment methods

  1. Prices are in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT.

  2. Delivery costs depend on the weight, quantity of ordered products, and the selected delivery method.

  3. The store accepts the following payment methods:

    • bank transfer,

    • credit card,

    • cash on delivery,

    • online payment systems.

4. Delivery

  1. Products are delivered to the address or location indicated in the order.

  2. Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days from the moment the payment is credited or the order is confirmed for cash on delivery.

  3. The store is not responsible for delays resulting from an incorrectly provided address or courier service actions.

  4. Delivery costs are provided before finalizing the order.

5. Right of withdrawal

  1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order without giving a reason.

  2. Returned products must be in an intact state and in their original packaging.

  3. The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer, unless the store decides otherwise.

  4. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned product by the store.

6. Complaints and warranty

  1. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  2. Complaints should be submitted by email to shop@abrasive.pl or by post to:

  3. The complaint should include the order number, a description of the defect, and photos if possible.

  4. The store considers complaints within 14 business days.

  5. If a complaint is accepted, the defective product will be replaced or repaired at the store’s expense.

7. Personal data protection

  1. The store processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Act.

  2. Data provided during registration or when placing an order is used exclusively to process the order and contact the Customer.

  3. Customers have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their data.

8. Final provisions

  1. The store reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, which customers will be informed of on the website.

  2. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

  3. Any disputes arising from the execution of sales contracts will be resolved by the competent common court.
